Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries efficiently and professionally
Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain calendars using productivity software
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy using spreadsheets and word processing tools
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail distribution
Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies inventory
Assist with general administrative duties such as proofreading documents, filing records, and supporting office management activities
Provide customer support by addressing questions promptly and courteously
Use technical proficiency in computer literacy to troubleshoot basic office equipment and software issues
Support team members with personal assistant tasks as needed, demonstrating strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Technical proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with spreadsheets and word processing programs
Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred
Ability to manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks
Personal assistant or office management experience is advantageous but not required
