Full Job Description

Looking to grow your CNC skills and work a swing shift schedule? Put your mechanical aptitude to work operating CNC equipment in a quality-focused manufacturing setting. With four 10-hour shifts, you'll enjoy three consecutive days off each week.

SALARY: $24-27 per hour

LOCATION: Woodland, WA

SCHEDULE: Full Time, Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM, Temporary approximately 1 month

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce parts that meet quality and specification requirements.
Complete first-part inspections and verify part measurements and specifications
Communicate any machine or production concerns to the lead or supervisor.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace while following all safety procedures and completing other shop-related tasks as needed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

1-3 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry, machine operation preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to perform repetitive work with consistent accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic math skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:: Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, use manual dexterity, and lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
