Join a growing team where your work truly matters. Unduit is a rapidly growing company looking for a reliable and detail-driven Inventory and Logistics Technician to support our fast-paced operation. You'll play a key role in managing inventory flow, coordinating logistics, and keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. This role ensures the accuracy of inventory records, supports efficient logistics operations, and coordinates with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate the timely movement and storage of products.

Responsibilities

Track and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including freight scheduling, documentation, and carrier communication.
Assist in the continuous improvement of inventory management and logistics processes.
Schedule large shipments, plan logistics, perform order operations to ensure that there is sufficient storage space for incoming items.
Accurately input inventory data into management systems and maintain up-to-date records of stock levels.
Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories to ensure device accuracy.
Collaborate with procurement , production, and ecommerce teams to fulfill material and inventory requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Support strategic initiatives involving asset upgrades, system migrations, and technology implementations
Monitor and report on asset health, utilization, and financial performance; identify risks and suggest optimization strategies.

Qualifications:

A High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or technical certification a plus)
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
Familiarity with logistics procedures and shipping/receiving best practices
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and work on your feet throughout the day
A team player mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Bonus: experience with international shipping or hazardous materials documentation
