Job Summary
Lead. Analyze. Drive Financial Excellence.

EBNER Furnaces is seeking a highly motivated Accounting Manager to lead and enhance our accounting operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Under the direction of the Controller, this leadership role is responsible for overseeing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement across accounting systems.

Duties

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes and ensure timely reporting
Manage cost accounting functions within a manufacturing environment
Maintain the integrity of the General Ledger and ensure GAAP compliance
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
Serve as ERP system owner (SAP) and process excellence
Maintain strong internal controls and support audit and compliance efforts

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
ERP experience (SAP) Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
Leadership mindset with a continuous improvement approach
