Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. This vital role combines office management with comprehensive bookkeeping responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent communication, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Duties

Handle bookkeeping tasks using software platform, including invoicing, expense tracking, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
Support human resources functions such as employee onboarding, training & development, and maintaining personnel records
Assist with budgeting activities by monitoring expenses and preparing financial reports for management review
Organize filing systems for medical office management documents, client records, and administrative files
Supervise clerical staff and provide training to ensure high standards of office etiquette and phone etiquette are maintained

Qualifications

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional setting
Strong bookkeeping skills with proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Prior supervising or team management experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in filing, scheduling, and record keeping
Knowledge of human resources processes including payroll administration and employee onboarding
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
