Full Job Description

Job Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant & Bookkeeper to support daily administrative operations and accounting functions. Much have prior A/P and A/R experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks and working in a office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Greet and assist visitors to the office
Process accounts payable, including weekly vendor check runs
Manage accounts receivable and track incoming payments
Maintain general office organization and cleanliness (including breakroom)
Provide administrative support and complete miscellaneous office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Previous office administrative and/or bookkeeping experience required
Previous experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and/or accounting software - preferably SAP/Batchmaster

Work Environment:

In-office position
Small office setting with a team-oriented environment
