What You'll Do

Source and recruit skilled construction workers using job boards, referrals, social media, and direct outreach
Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews with tradespeople
Build and maintain a strong, reliable pipeline of qualified field workers
Visit active job sites to build relationships with workers and contractors in the field
Support day-to-day branch operations including payroll, billing, and collections
Assist with client development and sales activity to grow the local market

What We're Looking For

2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in blue-collar staffing
Proven ability to connect with and earn the trust of tradespeople and contractors
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working at a fast pace
Reliable transportation for field activity
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience

What You'll Earn

Base Salary: $45,000–$50,000
Uncapped Commission
