LAW ENFORCEMENT SALES TERRITORY REPRESENTATIVE – REMOTE

Territories: Texas, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Colorado

Through innovation, quality, and relentless dedication to our end users, RTS Tactical continues to advance the standard for body armor and tactical equipment across the industry.

As we continue to expand our Law Enforcement presence nationwide, we are seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Law Enforcement Sales Account Executive to join our growing team.

Success in this role is built on credibility, relationships, and service to the Law Enforcement community—not high-pressure sales tactics.

Location Requirement

Candidates must currently reside within one of the following territories:

Texas
Arizona
Pennsylvania
Colorado

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking either:

Current or former Law Enforcement professionals with leadership experience, or
Experienced sales professionals with a proven track record selling into Law Enforcement, Public Safety, Government, Defense, or First Responder markets.

Prior body armor, tactical equipment, firearms, duty gear, or public safety sales experience is highly valued but not required.

The ideal candidate is a high-integrity relationship builder who can earn trust, understand agency needs, and help deliver solutions that improve officer safety and operational readiness.

This is a full-time remote position requiring significant travel throughout your assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities

Own and develop a defined territory by proactively identifying, engaging, and expanding relationships with Law Enforcement agencies.
Build and develop relationships with Chiefs, Sheriffs, Command Staff, Procurement Personnel, Training Units, SWAT Teams, and End Users.
Conduct agency visits, product demonstrations, evaluations, and presentations.
Follow up with customers throughout the sales process to ensure exceptional service and communication.
Gather customer feedback and identify future procurement opportunities.
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking within the company CRM.
Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute to territory growth strategies.
Represent RTS Tactical with professionalism, integrity, and a service-first mindset.
Maintain accountability to commitments, goals, and company standards.

Travel Requirements

This role requires up to 75% travel within your assigned territory, including agency visits, training events, trade shows, conferences, and occasional travel to RTS Tactical headquarters.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of Law Enforcement leadership experience; OR
5+ years of successful B2B sales experience selling into Law Enforcement, Government, Defense, Public Safety, or First Responder markets.
Existing relationships within your territory and a demonstrated ability to develop agency partnerships are highly valued.
Prior experience selling body armor, tactical equipment, firearms, duty gear, technology, training, or related public safety solutions is strongly preferred.
Experience navigating procurement processes, bids, contracts, and agency purchasing cycles is a plus.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
High level of personal motivation, discipline, and accountability.
Ability to build trust and credibility with agency decision-makers.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and long sales cycles.
Comfortable working independently while remaining highly engaged with the broader sales team.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the territory.

You are unwilling to learn technical product knowledge and procurement processes.
