Remote (Massachusetts Only) | Part-Time (10-20 Hours/Week) | $22-25/hour | SWAG Included

We're Promo Print Plus, a growing promotional products company that helps businesses and colleges create memorable branded merchandise and event experiences. Behind every successful project is someone making sure every proof, purchase order, shipping update, and vendor communication happens exactly when it should.
We're looking for that person.

Before You Apply
This position requires sustained attention to detail and uninterrupted focus during scheduled work hours.
You'll be managing multiple customer projects, communicating with vendors, tracking orders, reviewing proofs, and responding to client emails throughout the day.
To be successful, you'll need:

A quiet, dedicated workspace
Reliable internet
The ability to work free from ongoing care giving responsibilities or other frequent interruptions during 1-3 hours of work time.

What You'll Get

$22-$25/hour starting pay

10-20 hours per week
Core availability Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST
Additional hours can be completed flexibly based on workload
Weekly one-hour team check-in that occurs during 9-3

What You'll Do
You'll become the central hub that keeps every project moving smoothly.
Your responsibilities include:

Track customer orders from placement through delivery
Follow up with vendors on production timelines
Monitor proofs and obtain approvals
Problem solving
Update our CRM and order tracking systems
Create purchase orders in QuickBooks
Track shipments with UPS/Fedex and proactively communicate updates
Keep customer, vendor, and internal emails organized and up to date
Respond to customer and vendor emails during business hours
Maintain organized digital files and documentation
Catch small issues before they become big problems

Your goal is simple: Make every project feel effortless for our clients because you've already handled every detail behind the scenes.
What You Bring

3-4 years of administrative, project coordination, customer service, or office experience
Exceptional organizational skills
Strong proofreading and attention to detail
Excellent written communication skills
Top notch problem solving skills
Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus, but not required
Comfort juggling multiple orders with changing priorities
Confidence communicating with vendors and clients
A genuine desire to help people
