Lead operations at a high-performing ambulatory surgery center, driving impactful quality initiatives and operational excellence. Collaborate with top professionals to achieve sustainable growth and innovation in healthcare services.

Overview

Lead and oversee operations at a high-performing ambulatory surgery center, ensuring exceptional patient care and operational excellence.
Collaborate with physicians, staff, and governing boards to achieve clinical and financial objectives effectively.
Drive initiatives to enhance clinical quality, infection control, and patient satisfaction across all services.
Develop and manage budgets to achieve financial performance targets and operational efficiency.
Support credentialing processes and foster strong relationships with physicians and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for service line expansion and implement strategic operational improvements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and lead quality improvement initiatives effectively.
Provide visionary leadership to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence at the center.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Oversee daily operations, including administrative, clinical support, and business functions to ensure smooth workflows.
Act as a liaison between the Governing Board, Medical Staff, and corporate leadership for effective communication.
Ensure adherence to regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards across all operational areas.
Develop and manage budgets, monitoring financial performance and implementing corrective measures proactively.
Foster strong relationships with physicians and manage credentialing processes efficiently.
Lead initiatives to improve quality, infection control, and patient experience through innovative strategies.
Manage contracts with vendors, services, and physicians to optimize operational efficiency.
Identify and implement operational improvements and service line developments for sustainable growth.

Job Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required; RN certification preferred for clinical expertise.
Minimum of 2 years in outpatient surgery operations leadership; 5 years preferred for advanced roles.
Proven expertise in financial management, including P&L and budget oversight for operational success.
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and accreditation standards in healthcare operations.
Experience in fostering physician relationships and coordinating medical staff effectively.
Demonstrated leadership in quality improvement and infection control programs for patient safety.
Ability to identify and implement operational enhancements for continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders and teams.
