Your energy and culinary skills will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Whether you’re refining your craft or bringing seasoned expertise, this position offers a vibrant environment to grow and showcase your talent in a fast-paced, food-loving atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
Assist in menu planning by offering creative ideas and feedback based on culinary trends and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients efficiently.
Support the team during busy service hours by managing multiple stations with speed and accuracy.
Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed at all times to uphold safety standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation for catering events or special occasions.

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or food service environment.
Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques.
Background in dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus, demonstrating knowledge of specialized meal requirements.
Experience with menu planning, fine dining standards, and catering services enhances your versatility.
Knowledge of food safety protocols, proper food handling, and sanitation practices is essential.
Excellent communication skills for serving customers and working seamlessly with team members.
