This is a unique opportunity to maintain a reduced therapy caseload while stepping into meaningful clinical and organizational leadership.

What You Will Do

As a Site Supervisor, you will serve as the primary clinical and administrative leader for therapists within your assigned Everlasting office.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing clinical supervision consistent with Pennsylvania licensing requirements and professional ethical standards
Supporting therapists with complex cases, clinical decision-making, crisis intervention, mandated reporting, risk management, and ethical concerns
Providing administrative supervision, coaching, mentorship, and professional development
Reviewing documentation and supporting high standards for clinical quality and compliance
Monitoring schedules, productivity, documentation, and organizational expectations
Conducting regular coaching and development conversations
Recognizing strengths and helping therapists grow through constructive feedback and accountability
Supporting onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and performance improvement when needed
Collaborating with the Clinical Director, Clinical Leads, Site Supervisors, HR, Billing, Administration, and Executive Leadership
Helping identify opportunities to improve client care, team experience, workflows, and practice performance
Supporting organizational initiatives, community involvement, and continued growth
Maintaining a reduced outpatient therapy caseload

Required Qualifications

Candidates must have:

Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related qualifying clinical discipline, or a Doctorate in Psychology
Active Pennsylvania clinical license in good standing applicable to the position, such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist, or another license approved for the specific supervisory responsibilities of the position
Required clinical supervision education, training, or certification applicable to the supervisory duties assigned
Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making skills
Knowledge of HIPAA, clinical documentation, payer requirements, professional ethics, and applicable Pennsylvania requirements
Ability to effectively use electronic health records, Google Workspace, and standard office technology
Ability to successfully balance clinical, supervisory, administrative, and leadership responsibilities
