Full Job Description

Sales Support & Operations Specialist

Fraser Advanced Information Systems is a leading provider of office technology, managed IT services, cybersecurity, document management solutions, and business technology. We're looking for a highly organized Sales Support & Operations Specialist who enjoys solving complex problems, working with technology systems, and ensuring every customer order is executed accurately from approval through funding.

This is more than an administrative role. You'll become the operational hub to connect and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

Manage equipment sales orders from approval through funding
Coordinate leasing documentation, financing approvals, upgrades, renewals, and buyouts
Review contracts, pricing, and order documentation for completeness and accuracy
Maintain customer records, service agreements, and equipment data within E-Automate ERP
Partner with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Service, and Customer Success teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Troubleshoot order issues and proactively resolve discrepancies
Support recurring billing, month-end processing, and contract administration
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate processes, and increase operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies and leasing requirements
Deliver a seamless customer experience through exceptional attention to detail

Preferred Experience

3+ years in Sales Operations, Order Management, Billing, Contract Administration, Customer Operations, or Business Operations
Experience supporting technology sales, managed IT, office equipment, SaaS, telecommunications, or similar industries
ERP experience (E-Automate, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Acumatica, or similar)
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, ConnectWise, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Experience working with leasing companies, financing, contracts, or equipment funding preferred
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, data validation, and reporting
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
