We’re looking for a motivated and organized Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support our fast-paced recruiting team and help ensure smooth daily operations.

Position Overview

The Bilingual Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting office operations, client communications, and candidate coordination in both English and Spanish. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and clerical support to recruiters, account managers, and management.
Communicate with clients, candidates, and partners in both English and Spanish, ensuring professionalism and accuracy.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and courteously.
Assist with onboarding, collecting documentation, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Post job openings, schedule interviews, and assist with candidate follow-up and onboarding coordination.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal documents as needed.
Support general office operations — filing, data entry, supply management, and scheduling.
Help translate or interpret materials and communications when required.

Qualifications

Previous experience in an administrative, office, or staffing support role preferred.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish—verbal and written a must.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Professional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
