Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate construction schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency with industry-standard project management software and tools. Duties

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and regulatory standards
Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, and other project management software to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively
Manage project budgets by overseeing cost estimates, tracking expenditures, and implementing cost control measures using HeavyBid and other estimating tools
Coordinate construction schedules with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of project phases
Review construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to verify accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations
Supervise construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and regulatory compliance is maintained at all times
Lead project meetings, communicate progress updates to stakeholders, and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track
