Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for clients, including those requiring memory care, hospice care, and home care services. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in helping clients maintain their independence and dignity while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Duties

Provide patient care and support with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.
Assist clients with mobility and transportation to appointments or social activities.
Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients, ensuring all areas are tidy and organized.
Support individuals with autism by implementing specific strategies that cater to their unique needs.
Collaborate with family members, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

Previous experience in patient care or as a caregiver is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Knowledge of care plans, memory care techniques, hospice care practices, and home care protocols is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving duties, including lifting or moving clients when necessary.
Reliable transportation is preferred for travel between client homes or appointments.
