Responsibilities

Manage office operations including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills
Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments for team members or executives with precision
Provide front desk support by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing calls efficiently
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting tools to ensure accurate financial record-keeping
Support office management tasks such as supply ordering, filing systems, and document proofreading for accuracy
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and courteously in person or via phone or email
Perform clerical duties including typing correspondence, organizing files, and supporting administrative projects as needed
Maintain a professional appearance at the front desk or reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for visitors

Experience

Prior office experience in administrative roles or as a receptionist is highly preferred
Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy including Quickbooks.
Experience with data entry, filing systems, and clerical tasks that showcase organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with office management practices such as calendar coordination, phone etiquette, and customer support techniques
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
