Job Overview

Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Bartender, where your energy and expertise will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure the bar operates smoothly and efficiently. Your passion for mixology, beverage knowledge, and hospitality industry experience will shine as you engage with guests in a lively environment that celebrates craftsmanship and community. Duties

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality.
Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business.
Manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders as needed.
Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; handle cash handling with precision.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates to keep offerings fresh and exciting.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods or special events like banquets or catering functions.

Requirements

Proven experience in bartending, preferably within fine dining or hospitality environments; cocktail experience is essential.
Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipe development, wine knowledge, craft beer experience, and spirits expertise.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; ability to process transactions efficiently.
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously through effective time management.
Food safety certification or knowledge of food handling procedures; understanding of sanitation standards is required.
Previous restaurant or food service experience; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and order calculations; ability to work quickly under pressure in a lively setting.
Hospitality industry experience preferred; strong communication skills are essential for engaging with diverse guests.
