Overview
The Director of Education plays a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape of our institution. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of innovative educational programs and curricula that align with the institution's mission and goals. The Director will work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and administration to enhance the quality of education and ensure that students receive a transformative learning experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for education and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.

Duties

Lead the development and implementation of curriculum initiatives that meet academic standards and address the needs of diverse learners.
Oversee education administration functions, including program evaluation, accreditation processes, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with faculty to enhance teaching methodologies and promote best practices in higher education teaching.
Manage recruitment efforts for faculty and staff, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and diversity initiatives.
Coordinate project management activities related to educational programs, including timelines, resources, and stakeholder engagement.
Engage in grant writing to secure funding for educational initiatives and support program sustainability.
Provide leadership in educational policy development and implementation at the university level.
Foster partnerships with external organizations to enhance educational opportunities for students.

Skills

Proven administrative skills with experience in education administration.
Experience in higher education teaching, demonstrating effective instructional strategies.
