ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are the parent company of several businesses specializing in high-end design, service, and manufacturing — an internationally recognized organization built on craftsmanship, precision, and excellence.

responsible for preparing accurate financial reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, and protecting the business from financial risk

As we continue to grow, we are adding a senior-level accounting and administrative professional to our team who will play a central role in managing financial operations across multiple business entities. This is not a single-focus role. You will work directly with leadership, own both finance and administrative responsibilities that span our portfolio of companies, and be expected to bring real initiative and accountability to the position. You will be responsible for preparing accurate financial reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, protecting the business from financial risk and making sure all administrative functions are effective and efficient.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Finance & Accounting

Primary Focus

Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) across multiple business entities
Serve as the checks and balances authority across all facets of purchasing, accounting, and finance, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and integrity at every level
Perform thorough reconciliations of credit cards, bank statements, and financial accounts
Maintain accurate books in QuickBooks Online for each entity
Post journal entries and maintain chart of accounts
Balance and reconcile general ledger entries with precision
Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and organizing account information
Support budget tracking and expense monitoring across entities
Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local financial requirements
Maintain organized filing systems and complete historical financial records
Collaborate with management and outside accounting professionals to maintain accuracy and integrity
Assist with payroll processing and compliance as needed
Support financial forecasting and contribute to financial strategy conversations with leadership
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and streamline financial operations across entities
Offer informed financial recommendations to management — a proactive mindset toward better financial outcomes is highly valued

Office & Administrative

Provide general administrative support across multiple business entities
Manage and maintain software systems related to accounting and office operations
Support event planning, scheduling, research, and internal operations

Facility & Operational Support

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility needs (cleaning, maintenance, snow removal, etc.)
Support company events and operational priorities as they arise

Contribute wherever needed — a 'not my job' mindset is not a fit for this role

WHAT WE REQUIRE

Required

5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
QuickBooks Online — proficient, not just familiar (5+ years required)
Microsoft Excel (5+ years) and full Microsoft Office suite
Deep working knowledge of AR, AP, and statement reconciliations
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Professional communication and independent problem-solving
Ability to manage shifting priorities across multiple companies in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working across multiple accounts, entities, and platforms simultaneously

Preferred

Manufacturing industry knowledge is a plus
Familiarity with multi-entity accounting structures
Exposure to job costing, WIP, or project-based financials
General ledger and chart of accounts maintenance experience
Comfort with offering financial recommendations and contributing to financial strategy discussions
Desire to grow professionally within an expanding organization

SCHEDULE & WORK LOCATION

Full-time, in-office position at our Emigsville, PA location
Primary hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Flexible coverage required based on business and operational needs
