We are currently seeking a Corporate In-House Legal Administrator to provide critical support to our in-house counsel. The ideal candidate will bring a diverse skill set, particularly in contract administration, legal language, and high-level computer proficiency. The role will involve a broad range of responsibilities, including assisting with general litigation and various legal documents and processes.
In This Role, You Will:

Employment Law (ADA, FMLA, Title VII, etc.
OSHA Compliance
General Litigation (Construction, Collection, Contracts, Personal Injury, etc.)
Corporate & Business Law
Bankruptcy
Processing, abstracting, analyzing, and administering Leases and other contracts

Your Qualifications:

Experience with drafting, processing, and managing documents and records within a complex electronic document management system, ensuring accuracy and organization
Able to collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating strong teamwork capabilities
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions
Experience with filing legal documents with courts in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a collegial and friendly atmosphere
Manage time efficiently, effectively establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
Show strong initiative and problem-solving skills, addressing challenges proactively with thoughtful solutions
Follow instructions carefully and interpret guidelines to make informed decisions and take necessary actions
