Youngstown Orthopaedic Associates
Full‑Time | Week Day Shifts Only

Youngstown Orthopaedic Associates is seeking a skilled and patient‑focused MRI / X‑Ray Technologist to join our imaging team in the Boardman office. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy orthopaedic practice with state‑of‑the‑art equipment and an outstanding work‑life balance.

Essential Responsibilities

Perform MRI and diagnostic X‑ray procedures in accordance with established protocols and physician orders
Ensure high‑quality images while maintaining patient comfort and safety
Prepare and properly position patients for imaging exams
Ability to perform venipuncture for contrast enhanced studies
Accurately document procedures and patient information in the medical record
Maintain imaging equipment, perform quality control checks, and follow radiation safety standards
Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and clinical staff to ensure efficient workflow
Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and HIPAA requirements

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
MRI/RT ® ARRT certification required
CPR certification
Knowledge of ACR accreditation criteria a plus
Previous experience in MRI and X‑ray preferred but newly certified candidates are encouraged to apply as well
Strong attention to detail and excellent patient care skills
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced clinical setting
