My client, a Critical Access Hospital in Southeastern Arizona has an opening for a Permanent Onsite HIM Director to join their team. They are seeking an HIM Leader that has a minimum of 5 years HIM leadership experience ideally within a Critical Access/Rural Health organization. A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred and required is either an RHIA or RHIT. Working knowledge of Meditech and Waystar are a huge bonus. The selected candidate will be rewarded with a generous base salary, relocation assistance, sign-on bonus, and excellent benefits package. The facility is located in charming small town nestled in the scenic Gila Valley, surrounded by desert beauty and mountain views. Minimum 5 years Supervisory experience
