Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) – Nights
Location: Yuma, AZ
Salary: $39.93 - $51.91/hour + Shift Differentials

Our client is a growing healthcare organization seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses to join a fast-paced, high-acuity Emergency Department. This role offers the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

Assessing, prioritizing, and providing care to patients presenting with a wide variety of emergency medical conditions.
Performing patient assessments, monitoring patient status, and implementing appropriate nursing interventions.
Administering medications, treatments, and emergency procedures in accordance with established clinical protocols.
Collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Providing care for critically ill and injured patients in a dynamic emergency setting.
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record.
Educating patients and families regarding treatment plans, procedures, and discharge instructions.
Supporting quality, safety, and patient satisfaction initiatives throughout the department.

What you'll need:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department, Critical Care, or related acute care nursing experience.
BLS certification.
ACLS certification.
PALS certification.
NIHSS certification.
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
