Senior Superintendent – Electrical Construction (Data Centers)

$160,000–$200,000 + Competitive Benefits

West Texas

Candidates should be based in Texas or willing to relocate within the state. Competitive relocation and travel packages are available.

We're partnering with a leading electrical contractor delivering large-scale data center projects across West Texas. This is an opportunity to lead field operations on complex, high-value electrical packages, taking ownership of safety, productivity, quality and execution from mobilisation through project completion.

Data center experience is advantageous but not essential. We're looking for experienced Senior Superintendents who have successfully led electrical construction scopes valued at $20M+ on major commercial or industrial projects and are ready to bring that expertise into one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all on-site electrical construction activities from mobilisation through project completion.
Champion a world-class safety culture, ensuring full compliance with OSHA and site-specific safety requirements.
Direct and mentor Superintendents, Foremen and field teams to maximise productivity and performance.
Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials and equipment to maintain project schedules.
Work closely with Project Management to achieve programme, quality and budget objectives.
Manage construction sequencing, look-ahead planning and day-to-day site operations.
Build strong relationships with clients, general contractors, inspectors and design teams.
Resolve field issues efficiently while maintaining project momentum.
Oversee inspections, RFIs, change management and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience leading electrical construction scopes exceeding $20M.
10+ years' experience as a Superintendent within electrical construction.
Strong leadership experience managing multiple crews, subcontractors and field supervisors.
Experience delivering complex commercial, industrial or mission-critical electrical projects.
Data center experience is preferred but not required.
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, planning and site coordination.
Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications and contract documentation.
Willingness to travel as project requirements dictate.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
