Our team provides a full range of accounting services, including payroll, bookkeeping, tax planning and preparation, financial statement preparation, and business consulting. We take pride in building lasting relationships with our clients while creating a supportive, collaborative workplace where every team member makes a meaningful impact.

We're currently looking for a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper and Payroll Specialist to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, values accuracy, and appreciates a flexible work environment.

Schedule & Flexibility

Part-time position, Full-time opportunities based on experience
Availability Monday–Wednesday during normal business hours required
Flexible scheduling available within those days

What You'll Do

Process payroll accurately and on time for multiple clients
Calculate employee wages, overtime, taxes, and other payroll deductions
Process electronic payroll payments and direct deposits
Ensure payroll tax filings and reporting deadlines are met
Communicate with clients and employees regarding payroll questions and payroll records
Obtain and maintain employee direct deposit and payroll information
Prepare financial reports, including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Statements
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records
Work closely with our accounting team to provide exceptional client service

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 2 years of payroll processing experience
Experience with QuickBooks
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bonus Qualifications (Not Required)

Experience preparing individual and/or business tax returns
Familiarity with tax preparation software
