Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and compassionate Unit Manager LPN/RN to join our team at Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center at Fletcher. As a critical member of our healthcare community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leadership, and mentorship to our dedicated staff. Your exceptional skills and expertise will help us deliver high-quality, person-centered care to our patients. Join our team as a Unit Manager LPN/RN and make a difference in the lives of our patients and families.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of skilled nursing professionals to deliver comprehensive care to patients with diverse needs and conditions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans
Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations, as needed
Supervise and mentor staff to ensure provision of high-quality care and adherence to established policies and procedures
Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and participate in staff development initiatives
Monitor and manage budgets, inventory, and supplies for the unit
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records and reports
