Mexico & Latin America

Location: Miami, Florida (Office-Based)
Travel Required: Approximately 30% throughout Mexico and Latin America
Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Commission

Globeius is an international supplier of plastics processing equipment, auxiliary equipment, mold technologies, industrial automation, and material handling solutions. We partner with leading global manufacturers to provide innovative solutions for injection molding, extrusion, and plastics manufacturing facilities throughout Mexico, Latin America, and the United States.

Our portfolio includes industry-leading brands offering material handling systems, mold temperature controllers, resin drying equipment, conveyors, mold maintenance products, flow monitoring systems, robotics, cranes, and other plastics processing solutions.

We are looking for a technically minded, customer-focused Technical Sales Representative to help expand our plastics processing solutions business throughout Mexico and Latin America.

Position Summary

This is a consultative technical sales position focused on helping plastics manufacturers improve productivity, reduce downtime, and optimize their manufacturing processes.

The successful candidate will work closely with our regional sales teams, international suppliers, distributors, and customers to identify opportunities, recommend technical solutions, and support projects from initial quotation through implementation.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving manufacturing challenges, building long-term customer relationships, and becoming a trusted technical resource for customers throughout Mexico and Latin America.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth throughout Mexico and Latin America.
Work closely with our regional sales teams, distributors, and channel partners to expand business opportunities.
Travel approximately 30% of the time to visit customers, distributors, and regional sales offices.
Build long-term relationships with plastics processors, plant managers, manufacturing engineers, maintenance teams, purchasing professionals, and strategic partners.
Visit customer facilities to understand manufacturing processes and recommend equipment and technical solutions that improve productivity and reduce downtime.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and manage sales opportunities from initial inquiry through project completion.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution and exceptional customer service.
Represent Globeius at major plastics industry trade shows, technical seminars, and customer events throughout the region.
Collaborate with international suppliers on new product opportunities, technical support, and market development initiatives.
Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies within the plastics processing industry.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and customer records using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Partner with marketing and product management to support product launches, promotions, and regional growth strategies.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in technical sales, industrial equipment sales, or plastics manufacturing.
Experience in plastic injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, or related plastics processing industries is highly preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand manufacturing processes and recommend technical solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is a plus).
Valid passport and ability to travel internationally approximately 30% of the time.

Candidates with backgrounds in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, field service, applications engineering, or technical equipment sales are highly encouraged to apply.

Language Requirements

Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Portuguese is a plus but not required.
