A Day in the Life

The Mutual Fund Trader places mutual fund trades for the firm’s registered representatives via the brokerage platform. This position is responsible for fielding incoming trade calls, receiving and executing trade instructions, money movement requests, transfer requests, opening new accounts, and making trade corrections. Skill sets served include but are not limited to individuals with 1-2 years of experience in the brokerage industry who have obtained their Series 7 & Series 63 licensures.

Duties and Responsibilities

Taking incoming trade calls from our Financial Representatives
Receive and execute trade instructions on various accounts
Open new accounts
Receive and execute money movement and transfer requests
Make trade corrections

Desired Competencies and Skills:

1-3 years of experience in brokerage services
Series 7 & Series 63 licensures
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High degree of professionalism
