Job Title: Client Solutions Associate- Outside Sales
Location: North New Jersey
Industry: Environmental Services – Waste & Recycling

We are a leading environmental services company based in North New Jersey, specializing in waste and recycling collection and processing for commercial, industrial, and municipal clients. Our mission is to help businesses manage waste responsibly and sustainably while meeting regulatory standards. With a strong focus on customer service and environmental impact, we provide customized solutions that drive efficiency and compliance.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Outside Sales Associate to help expand our client base and strengthen relationships across our service area. The ideal candidate is energetic, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in the field to promote our waste and recycling services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory
Conduct site visits to assess client needs and propose tailored waste and recycling solutions
Maintain and grow relationships with current customers
Deliver presentations and proposals to decision-makers in a variety of industries
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Manage customer data and sales activity using CRM tools
Utilize social media and digital platforms to increase brand awareness and generate leads
Keep up to date with industry regulations, sustainability trends, and competitive offerings

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Environmental Science, Marketing, or related field)
1–3 years of experience in outside sales or marketing preferred but not necessary, experience in waste management, recycling, or environmental services a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Comfortable using social media (LinkedIn, etc.) for prospecting and business development
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
