Rugiet is a fast-growing, Austin-based direct-to-consumer telemedicine company reinventing men's health. We combine clinical rigor, luxury service, and a modern digital experience to deliver personalized, compounded treatments at scale.

Role Summary

Rugiet is a leader in modern men's health, known for disrupting the industry with patented, clinical solutions like Ready. As we scale into new categories — from sleep and hair loss to weight management — we need a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own the strategy for one of our largest channels, Paid Social, with oversight of emerging performance channels including AppLovin, CTV, and TV.

This is not a role for someone who wants to live inside Ads Manager. As AI-driven automation increasingly manages day to day campaign tuning, the job has shifted: less time in the weeds of manual channel management, more time architecting the testing agenda, proving what's actually working through incrementality and lift testing, and shaping the creative strategy that drives performance. You think like a strategist first and a channel operator second.

You'll manage an 8-figure annual budget across Meta, TikTok, and emerging placements, with a relentless focus on efficient CAC — but at Rugiet, growth isn't just about spending well. It's about building a machine that turns rigorous testing into insight, and insight into scalable revenue.

Key Deliverables

Full-Funnel & Cross-Channel Ownership: Own the end-to-end strategy for Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) as the core channel, plus oversight of emerging channels — AppLovin, CTV/TV — building test-and-learn programs as each matures into a scalable spend line.
AI-Native Operator: You're AI-pilled and use automation to eliminate the manual, repetitive work that used to define this role, freeing you to focus on strategy, testing design, and creative direction instead of bid-level micromanagement.
Budget & Efficiency at Scale: Manage an 8-figure annual budget with a relentless focus on CAC targets, while thinking beyond platform-reported efficiency to true incremental impact.
Tight Creative Strategy Partnership: Partner closely with creative strategists as a genuine thought partner — not just a requester of assets. Bring performance data, audience insight, and channel-specific attention dynamics into the creative process, and guide how "thumb-stopping" creative logic should flex across paid social, CTV, and other emerging formats, each with fundamentally different attention economics.
Testing & Measurement Rigor: Design and run conversion lift tests and incrementality tests to validate true channel and campaign impact — independent of platform-reported attribution. Maintain fluency across attribution methodologies (MTA, MMM, geo-holdout, ghost ads/PSA tests) and know when each is the right tool for the question at hand.
Data Integration: Work with our Analytics team to refine attribution models and build a measurement framework that holds up as the channel mix and privacy landscape keep shifting.
Scale a Multiproduct Portfolio: Drive new product go to market testing via Paid Social, and own the evolution of campaign structure to scale both core and new products.
Landing Page Strategy: Collaborate with the Digital Product team to optimize post-click experiences, ensuring landing pages convert at peak efficiency.
Compliance Stewardship: Ensure all creative and targeting strategies adhere to healthcare regulations (FDA, FTC, and HIPAA).

Requirements

Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with at least 3+ years directly owning strategy for high-scale Paid Social accounts (D2C subscription and/or telehealth preferred).
Testing & Measurement Fluency: Demonstrated experience designing and interpreting conversion lift and incrementality tests (Meta Conversion Lift, geo-holdout, ghost ads, or similar), and working knowledge of multiple attribution frameworks — comfortable explaining why platform-reported ROAS and MMM/incrementality results diverge, and which to trust when.
Strategic Over Tactical: Platform fluency in Meta and TikTok Ads Manager is expected, but this role is evaluated on testing strategy and creative judgment, not manual optimization skill. Experience leveraging automation or AI tooling to reduce time spent on channel mechanics is a strong plus.
Creative Partnership Track Record: Proven experience pairing closely with creative teams or strategists to shape, not just request, high-performing creative, with a clear point of view on how creative logic should differ by channel (social feed vs. CTV vs. app-install contexts).
Analytical Prowess: Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Looker, Tableau). Comfortable building your own performance dashboards.
Scale Capability: Experience managing annual spend in the 8-figure range while maintaining strict efficiency goals.
Emerging Channel Curiosity: Experience with or strong interest in CTV, AppLovin, or TV — you don't need to be an expert on day one, but you need to want to build this muscle.
(Ideal) Healthcare Experience: Previous experience in a regulated industry or telemedicine is a big advantage.
