Full Job Description

Job Summary

The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated social media, influencer, and digital content strategies that strengthen brand presence, engage audiences, and support business growth across the Stoller Wine Group portfolio. This role will also directly supervise employees and carry out supervisory responsibilities following the organization's policies. Operating within an internal agency model, this role partners closely with marketing, direct-to-consumer, and business leaders to deliver strategic social media initiatives that elevate each brand while maintaining a cohesive company presence.

We're looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of storytelling and performance. This individual understands that successful social media extends beyond creating engaging content. It requires thoughtful strategy, audience insights, paid media expertise, community engagement, and continuous optimization. The ideal candidate brings strong content creation skills, an analytical mindset, and a passion for building authentic connections between brands and consumers.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Brand Leadership

Develop and lead social media strategies across multiple brands, creating platform-specific approaches that align with business objectives, marketing campaigns, and audience needs. Build integrated social media plans that combine organic content, paid advertising, and influencer partnerships while maintaining distinct brand voices within a cohesive portfolio. Monitor platform trends, algorithm updates, cultural conversations, and competitive activity to ensure strategies remain current and effective.

Content Creation & Paid Social Advertising

Plan, capture, produce, edit, schedule, and publish engaging photo and video content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and any emerging platforms. Lead paid social advertising efforts within Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite, managing audience targeting, creative development, campaign optimization, budget allocation, A/B testing, and performance reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure social media supports broader marketing and direct-to-consumer initiatives.

Community, Reputation & Influencer Marketing

Build meaningful relationships with online audiences by managing community engagement across social platforms and responding to comments and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate manner. Oversee the company's presence across Google Business Profile, TripAdvisor, Yelp, and other review platforms, maintaining accurate listings while developing strategies that strengthen online reputation and customer engagement.

Develop and manage influencer partnerships from identification and outreach through campaign execution and performance evaluation. Negotiate partnerships, coordinate deliverables, cultivate long-term creator relationships, and measure campaign effectiveness to maximize brand presence and return on investment.

Analytics & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Measure and evaluate social media performance through analytics, reporting, and ongoing optimization. Translate business objectives into measurable marketing outcomes while identifying opportunities to improve reach, engagement, website traffic, conversions, and brand sentiment. Serve as the organization's social media subject matter expert, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns, messaging, and content strategies align with organizational priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, along with 3–5 years of related experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, or brand management, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

The successful candidate will have experience managing social media strategy, paid advertising, influencer marketing, content production, and performance analytics across multiple platforms. Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills are essential, along with proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and modern content creation and publishing tools.

Success in this role requires exceptional communication, creativity, project management, and collaboration skills, paired with the ability to balance strategic thinking, attention to detail, and data-driven decision-making.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
