Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a few motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with both new and existing clients in your assigned territory. A key part of this position includes actively supporting and growing a base of 150+ current clients of varying sizes through strong account management, cross-selling, and upselling strategies—while also driving net-new business to expand overall market share. You will leverage your expertise in technology sales to analyze customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales management skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, is highly motivated and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

There are a few territories open: Elkhart and LaGrange Counties, and the South Bend/Plymouth Region. Living in one of the regions is a bonus but not required.

Office technology includes copy/print devices and service, manages IT services, IT products like security cameras, laptops, etc, label printers, barcode scanning equipment, and similar products and services.

Duties

Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory to expand the customer base.
Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs.
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts through effective account management strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions and services sold.
Provide technical sales support and product demonstrations to educate clients on offerings.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback for management review.
Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote company products.

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and propose effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Demonstrated success in sales management and territory management practices.
Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with inside sales processes is a plus.
Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a commitment to achieving targets.
A valid driver's license is required for travel within the assigned territory.
