Job Summary:

As a Toyota Certified Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of Toyota vehicles while maintaining the highest quality standards and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and servicing Toyota vehicles, encompassing complex mechanical and electrical systems.

Flat Rate Plus Production Bonuses are Paid Weekly:

Pay Range is $25.00 to $45.00 per hour or flat rate hour based on experience / ASE certification
Production Performance Bonus on top of hourly rate based on experience / certification

Technician Tool Incentive Program

Key Responsibilities:

**Diagnostic Expertise:**

- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve complex automotive issues.

- Analyze vehicle performance data and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems effectively.

**Repair and Maintenance:**

- Perform maintenance services and repairs on Toyota vehicles, including engine, transmission, suspension, and brake systems.

- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.

**Technical Expertise:**

- Stay updated with the latest Toyota technologies, including hybrid and electric systems.

- Apply specialized knowledge of Toyota vehicles for accurate diagnosis and repair.

**Efficiency and Productivity:**

- Complete repair orders promptly while upholding high-quality standards.

- Manage your work schedule efficiently to maximize productivity.

**Quality Assurance:**

- Ensure all repairs and services meet Toyota's quality standards and specifications.

- Conduct quality control checks to verify the integrity of the work performed.

**Documentation and Reporting:**

- Accurately document all repair work, including parts used and labor hours.

- Provide detailed reports to customers on their vehicle's status and recommended repairs.

**Customer Service:**

- Communicate effectively with customers to explain diagnoses and repair options.

- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns professionally.

**Qualifications:**

- Technician certification or equivalent certifications.

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in automotive repair preferred.

- Two years of experience as an automotive technician

- Any automotive brand experience is fine.

- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and repair tools.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

**Physical Requirements:**

- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and parts (up to 50 pounds).

- Extended periods of standing, stooping, and bending.
