Job Title: SOX Administrative Support Specialist
Location: Remote (PST hours)
The hourly rate for this position is expected to be $100.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Employment Type: Temporary, approximately 4–5 months (07/14/2026 – 11/30/2026), with potential to extend up to 6 months

Job Summary:
- Provide calendar and administrative support to multiple Accounting function leads, reporting to the team's Leadership Business Partner
- Manage and coordinate calendars for multiple leads, resolving scheduling conflicts and prioritizing competing needs
- Build and maintain simple systems for tracking meeting requests, action items, and recurring scheduling needs
- Support light administrative tasks tied to SOX compliance (documentation tracking, sign-off coordination, recordkeeping)
- Serve as point of contact for calendar-related questions and requests
- Use AI tools to streamline scheduling, communication, and administrative workflows
Requirements:
- Strong calendar management experience supporting senior executives
- Exceptional written communication skills, particularly via email
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong follow-through
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Discretion with sensitive information and professionalism with senior stakeholders
- Preferred: background at a large consulting firm and/or exposure to SOX compliance or audit documentation
