Role Description The Animation & Visual Effects Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, and visual effects that support digital campaigns and brand initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include developing storyboards and style frames, designing visual assets, animating content for web and social media, and refining graphics based on feedback from creative leads and clients. The designer will work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and campaign objectives, while meeting deadlines for multiple projects. This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, requiring regular collaboration with team members in a studio environment.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Visual Design and Graphic Design for digital and marketing content.
Experience with Branding and Graphics to develop cohesive visual identities and campaign materials.
Ability to apply Web Design principles to animated and interactive content for online platforms.
Proficiency in industry-standard animation and VFX tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator; 3D tools are a plus).
Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and visual effects for marketing or digital media.
Ability to interpret creative briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with openness to feedback and iterative design.
Relevant education or training in Animation, Visual Effects, Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
