Overview
Join our dynamic creative team as a Short Form Video Editor, where your passion for storytelling and visual artistry will bring engaging content to life! In this role, you will craft compelling short videos that captivate audiences across social media platforms, leveraging your expertise in editing, motion graphics, and post-production techniques. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to innovative content creation that resonates with viewers worldwide. Your creativity and technical proficiency will be essential in transforming raw footage into polished, eye-catching videos that elevate our brand presence.

We provide the raw video content and guidelines for the types of video angles and trends to test.
You piece together the footage is an appealing way. And deliver back the final edit.

Responsibilities

Edit and assemble short-form videos optimized for social media channels, ensuring high-quality visual storytelling.
Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design using tools like Adobe After Effects and Final Cut Pro to enhance video appeal.
Collaborate with marketing team to understand project goals and deliver engaging content aligned with brand standards.
Utilize photo editing and manipulation skills with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One to produce compelling visuals when needed.
Organize and archive video assets efficiently within content management systems and FTP platforms for easy access and retrieval.
Stay updated on the latest trends in short-form video content, social media algorithms, and editing techniques to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Qualifications

Proven experience in video editing.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge, and related tools such as Final Cut Pro and Avid.
Knowledge of typography principles and graphic design fundamentals to create visually appealing videos.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Strong communication skills with an eye for detail to ensure high standards of quality in every project.
