Full Job Description

Aurora Home Health Care provides high-quality service to the elderly, disabled, ill, and mentally disabled persons in their homes to enhance their quality of life. Personal and Home care aides should have a desire to help people and should be responsible, compassionate, emotionally stable, and cheerful.

Home Health Aide Responsibilities

Assist with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Perform light housekeeping duties.
Prepare meals according to patients' dietary needs and preferences.
Run errands such as picking up prescriptions and grocery shopping.
Travel to patients' homes to tend to their healthcare and personal needs.
Provide services exclusively to assigned patients to ensure individualized care. **

Home Health Aide Qualifications

Home Health Aide certification required (if you don’t have one, must be willing to take necessary courses) or a minimum of 1 year of experience assisting patients.
Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
Must own a reliable vehicle to travel between patient locations.
Must be able to pass a background check.

Home Health Aide Additional Information

Overtime opportunities available.
Full-time roles offered.
Hiring immediately for the following positions: STNA, Home Health Aide, CNA, DSP, Nursing Assistant.
Completed certifications or licenses are required upon starting work.

PRN Roles:

PRN shifts are always available.
