Job Summary
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) working the 3-11pm shift! In this vital role, you will provide compassionate, high-quality resident care in Assisted Living and Memory Care setting, maintain an ongoing presence throughout the community, providing clinical oversight, and supervision of medication aides and caregiving staff.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives during evening hours, fostering a supportive and energetic work environment.

Experience

Valid LPN license with current state licensure required;
Prior experience in Assisted Living or home & community care environments is a plus.
