Entry-Level Billing Specialist

Choice Home Warranty is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Billing Specialist to join our growing team in Edison, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in accounting, billing, or finance while working for one of the nation's fastest-growing home warranty companies.

Edison, NJ (On-Site)

Schedule

Full-Time
Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

What You'll Do

As a Billing Specialist, you'll support our billing department by ensuring customer accounts are accurate and up to date. Your responsibilities will include:

Create invoices and credit memos
Maintain and update customer billing records
Research and resolve billing discrepancies
Monitor account balances and identify outstanding issues
Answer customer billing questions professionally and courteously
Process customer payments and update account information
Issue monthly customer statements
Update customer master files and contact information
Track invoice exceptions and ensure billing accuracy
Assist with various administrative and billing-related projects

Qualifications

Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
1 year of billing, administrative, accounting, finance, or office experience is a plus
Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Professional communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
