As we continue to grow, we are looking for detail-oriented individuals to support our data management and operational processes.

FreshlyDried is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining product, inventory, and operational data within our internal systems. Your work will play an important role in ensuring smooth operations across our retail and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter and update product information, inventory data, and pricing into company databases and systems.
Maintain and verify records related to product listings, suppliers, and stock levels.
Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct them promptly.
Assist with updating product descriptions, nutritional information, and organic certifications when required.
Collaborate with operations, inventory, and marketing teams to ensure data accuracy across platforms.
Generate basic reports and assist with organizing operational records.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company data.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data management tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience in retail, grocery, or e-commerce environments is a plus.
