Responsibilities:

Guide clients through their Medicare options, ensuring they understand each choice clearly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term engagement.
Communicate complex insurance details in simple, accessible language that clients can easily grasp.
Proactively follow up with potential clients, nurturing leads and converting them into loyal customers.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for client success.
Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide clients with the most current information.
Manage your schedule efficiently to meet client needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications:

Experience in customer service or sales roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
Proven track record of managing time efficiently and independently in a remote work environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new information quickly, especially regarding Medicare policies.
Ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with clients, ensuring long-term engagement.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing solutions that meet client needs.
Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to manage client interactions and administrative tasks.
