Full Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced

Document Controller (m/f/d)

to support a major offshore wind development project in Northern Europe.

Responsibilities

As part of your role, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

Manage and control engineering and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure documents are registered, distributed, tracked and archived in accordance with project procedures
Maintain document control systems and metadata while ensuring data integrity
Coordinate document reviews, approvals and transmittals between clients, contractors and project teams
Monitor document status, revision history and compliance with project requirements
Prepare regular reporting on documentation progress and outstanding actions

Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Management or a comparable qualification
Experience in document control within offshore wind, EPC, construction or large-scale infrastructure projects
Proficiency with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as Aconex, Thinkproject, Asite or comparable platforms
Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
Fluent English; additional European languages are advantageous
Structured, reliable and proactive working style
