Full Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

Taking inbound calls from people already interested in life insurance
Helping clients find the right coverage for their situation
Closing business without high-pressure tactics
Building a consistent pipeline without burnout

Compensation:

Average first-year earnings: $75,000 – $150,000
(Yes, average—not inflated numbers from the top 10%)
Top 10% of agents are earning $250,000 – $350,000

Requirements:

Active life insurance license (or currently working on it)
