Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive fiscal excellence across the organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee comprehensive financial management, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to strategic planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of industry-standard accounting principles, financial analysis, and risk management, enabling the organization to achieve its financial goals with confidence and clarity. As a key member of our leadership team, you will champion financial integrity, foster innovative solutions, and support sustainable growth.

Duties

Lead the preparation and interpretation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), and industry regulations.
Oversee corporate accounting functions including general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, cost accounting, and cash flow analysis.
Develop and maintain financial projection models to support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investment decision-making processes.
Manage treasury functions such as liquidity management, risk analysis, regulatory reporting, and compliance with governmental accounting standards.
Conduct risk assessments related to financial operations and implement effective risk management strategies to safeguard organizational assets.
Supervise the finance team’s activities in financial report writing, data analytics using advanced tools, and ensuring timely submission of regulatory reports.
Drive business development initiatives by providing financial insights that support growth opportunities and optimize profit & loss performance.
Ensure adherence to ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition Standard) and other relevant industry standards for revenue management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cost control measures, budget development, and fiscal management strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Skills

Extensive knowledge of IAS (International Accounting Standards), IFRS, GAAP, and industry-specific financial regulations.
Proven experience in corporate finance, governmental accounting, non-profit accounting, and public accounting environments.
Strong expertise in risk analysis, compliance management, financial modeling development, and data analytics tools.
Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing finance teams effectively while fostering professional growth.
Advanced proficiency in Excel data analysis, financial software systems, and technical accounting concepts such as accrual accounting and ASC 606 standards.
Excellent analytical skills for account analysis, balance sheet reconciliation, account reconciliation, cost control, and profit & loss management.
Strategic thinker with a solid understanding of industry trends in financial markets knowledge and investment management.
Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly through report writing and interpretation for diverse audiences.
Strong organizational skills with a focus on budgeting, forecasting accuracy, fiscal discipline, and cost management initiatives.
