Full Job Description

Director of Food & Beverage
Sitio Hotel

Sitio Hotel is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead all F&B operations across the property. This role is responsible for driving exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and cohesive concept execution across restaurants, bars, banquets, catering, and in-room dining. The Director will partner closely with culinary and hotel leadership to shape and execute a best-in-class hospitality program.

What You’ll Do

Oversee all food & beverage operations across multiple outlets, ensuring service excellence and operational consistency
Develop and execute long-term F&B strategy aligned with the hotel’s vision and market positioning
Lead new restaurant and bar concept development, openings, and programming
Partner with the Executive Chef to deliver a cohesive, high-quality culinary and beverage experience
Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, promotions, and guest engagement initiatives
Oversee banquet, catering, and event operations, ensuring strong execution and profitability
Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, safety, and compliance

Financial & Operational Leadership

Own F&B budgets, forecasts, and financial performance across all outlets
Monitor and optimize revenue, cost of goods, and labor to meet profitability targets
Analyze sales trends and implement data-driven strategies to improve performance
Manage vendor relationships, purchasing strategies, and inventory controls

What We’re Looking For

Proven leadership experience in multi-unit, high-volume hotel or restaurant environments
Strong financial acumen across revenue, cost control, and forecasting
Experience opening and developing restaurant and bar concepts
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to build, mentor, and retain strong teams
Passion for hospitality, food, and beverage culture (including culinary and bar programs)
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
ServSafe Manager and TABC certifications required

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Delivering consistent financial results and operational excellence across all F&B outlets
Maintaining strong relationships with ownership, leadership, and key vendors
Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
Representing Sitio Hotel within the local hospitality and dining community

Schedule & Physical Requirements

Full-time, leadership role across multiple outlets
~55-hour work week; evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs

3 weeks PTO (4 weeks after 3 years)

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
