Job Summary:
The Warehouse Lead will oversee day-to-day operations in the warehouse, ensuring smooth workflow and accurate inventory management. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse staff, coordinating deliveries and shipments, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring that all processes are running efficiently and safely. The Warehouse Lead will work closely with other departments, including sales and customer service, to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and fulfilling products.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and ensuring tasks are completed accurately.
- Ensure the efficient organization of the warehouse, including inventory control, product placement, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate shipments and deliveries, including scheduling pickups and deliveries with carriers.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and returns.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with the sales and customer service teams to meet customer expectations.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new warehouse staff.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- 3+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining a positive work environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Forklift certification or previously trained.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
