Program Structure
Interns are assigned to collaborative teams and may work across more than one department. Teams contribute to defined projects with clear responsibilities, deadlines, meetings, feedback, and measurable deliverables.
The program emphasizes shared leadership. Interns may have opportunities to lead meetings, coordinate assignments, manage portions of a project, support teammates, mentor other participants, or present recommendations.
Leadership opportunities are developed through reliability, communication, initiative, ethical conduct, accountability, and a commitment to the success of the entire team.
Because this is a global program, participants are not required to follow one universal daily schedule. Interns may complete much of their work at flexible times while remaining responsible for attending agreed-upon meetings, communicating consistently, and meeting established deadlines.
