Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, relationship-driven Sales & Loan Associates who enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. This role combines sales, customer service, jewelry buying, and loan transactions. The ideal candidate is motivated, personable, and comfortable learning new systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Sell jewelry and explain financing, layaway, and credit options
- Evaluate and purchase gold, jewelry, and other valuables
- Support pawn and loan transactions and clearly explain terms
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships
- Meet sales goals and contribute to team performance
- Use POS/CRM systems and handle basic data entry
- Maintain store appearance and merchandise presentation
- Support daily operations and general store tasks
Qualifications
Required:
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn systems quickly
- Ability to stand for long periods and work retail hours
- Dependable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
Preferred:
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Retail, sales, pawn, jewelry, or customer service experience
- Familiarity with POS systems or CRM tools
- Interest in jewelry, luxury goods, or fashion

- Utilizar sistemas POS/CRM y realizar captura básica de datos
- Mantener la presentación y organización de la tienda
- Apoyar en las operaciones diarias de la tienda
Requisitos
Obligatorios:
- Autorización para trabajar en Estados Unidos
- Diploma de secundaria o GED
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente
- Conocimientos básicos de computación y capacidad para aprender sistemas
- Disponibilidad para trabajar de pie por largos periodos y en horarios de retail
- Persona responsable, detallista y orientada al trabajo en equipo
Deseables:
- Bilingüe inglés/español
- Experiencia en ventas, retail, empeño, joyería o servicio al cliente
- Familiaridad con sistemas POS o CRM
- Interés en joyería, moda o artículos de lujo
