Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Required

You will work under the direction and supervision of our licensed Physical Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans.

What You’ll Do:

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising Physical Therapist, including therapeutic and functional exercises, manual therapy, gait training, balance work, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function.
Provide hands-on care to patients with orthopedic, sports medicine, and musculoskeletal conditions while ensuring proper form, safety, and patient motivation.
Observe patient progress, document treatment sessions accurately and timely, and communicate effectively with the supervising PT about patient status, challenges, or modifications needed.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and strategies to support long-term recovery and wellness.
Contribute to a positive clinic environment by collaborating with our team of Physical Therapists and support staff.

Schedule: Monday-Friday; exact schedule will be discussed during interview.

Who We’re Looking For:

· Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program with an active Colorado PTA license (or eligibility to obtain one).

· Passion for orthopedics, sports medicine, and manual therapy techniques.

· Strong people skills and comfort with direct patient interaction, follow-up phone calls, and basic administrative tasks.

· Reliability, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help patients return to the activities they love.

· Willingness to take a stand for patients and advocate for whatever is needed to get each patient to their highest level of function.

· Willingness to assist with marketing efforts and other non-clinical duties to support practice growth.

· Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic or sports rehab setting is preferred but not required.
